To be eligible for a return:

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We may request photos of the item to process your claim.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you if your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Gift cards
• Digital products
• Items marked as non-returnable
